Merger of Multi Universal Instrument and Vivanotion Completed,
Forming Vivamui

We are pleased to announce today that Multi Universal Instrument and Vivanotion
are officially operating as one. Together, we are now known as Vivamui,
Our combination unites two companies; with Multi Universal Instrument
in the scientific products field and Vivanotion in the education technology
and interactive digital media fields.
As one, Vivamui is uniquely positioned to provide the education market
with the most comprehensive set of solutions for teaching and learning.
Educational institutions will now be able to take advantage of not only
the latest interactive instructional technology offered by Vivamui but
also the latest science instruments, equipment and tools for teaching
and learning. Our multimedia development team offers a central design
and development service that supports greater technology integration and
delivers creative and innovative solutions to our clients.

sales and support staff should be contacting you soon with their new contact
information.
Effective 3 January, 2011 all quotations, purchase orders and invoices
will be transacted with Vivamui. This arrangement however will not in
any way affect existing purchase orders, contracts and obligations with
both Multi Universal Instrument and Vivanotion.
Rest assured that the company consolidation will be a gradual process,
with no disruption to our customer service and existing businesses. We
will continue to work hard to service your business, and we take this
